The Center for the Arts (Arts Council of Rock Hill and York County), the York County Public Library, and the City Government Complex are all within a few blocks.
Manchester Village, the city's newest shopping center mix of retail stores, restaurants and cinemas by I-77, is only three miles away
on Dave Lyle Blvd. Further on, about half a mile, is Rock Hill's other major shopping center, Galleria Mall.
Thirty minutes up I-77 is Charlotte, with still more choices, along with Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
We also have easy access to the Rock Hill Shuttle, operating between Rock Hill and various Charlotte locations.
We are conveniently located to our institutions of higher learning: Winthrop University, York Technical College, and Clinton Junior College.
